Place:
This view starts out looking north toward the Wicker Park feld house, which sets in the center of the northern section of the triangle that is Wicker Park, to the east is Wicker Park Avenue. The playing fields take up most of the southeast, with the gardens laying on the southern and western edge. A perfect end-of-summer Sunday. Everything was still, including the people. What came to mind was Seurat’s painting of a Sunday on the Grand Jatte in Paris.
