Fall Color2'- 1 3/4'' x 6'- 8'' Archival Digital Print Oct 2006 On a fall day at Morton Arboretum, a light wind lifts the leaves and the colors change. There are almost as many photographers here as birds.

I think I chose the title [Transposition] because it had a dozen letters that flowed out like a panorama and played with a space that today is transposed by new buildings on Deplaines Street to the east that take up the middle of that space.

Otter Ponds1'- 1 1/2'' x 4'- 3/4'' Archival Digital Print July 2004 This view is of the northernmost of two otter ponds on the eastern end of Swan's Island, Maine. These fresh water ponds are separated from each other by a narrow strip of woods and from the Atlantic Ocean by a seawall made up of tons of smooth stones.
